Depression & Anxiety

It can be challenging to figure out if the feelings we are having are related to our life circumstances or a greater mental health issue. We may have developed coping skills for our depression or anxiety throughout our lives that no longer serve us.

Often we've lived with these feelings so long that we aren't even fully aware of how they may be subtly influencing our feelings, actions & relationships.

I have many years of experience in assisting individuals in determining the source of their feelings. I use multiple modalities to develop a plan for you that will manage and alleviate feelings of depression and anxiety.
