Here's what you can expect from our first session...
Our initial session will help you determine if I am a good fit for you and if we want to begin therapy together. During this meeting I’ll have a chance to learn more about your concerns, and you’ll have an opportunity to observe how I work. I feel it is important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with, so if you feel we are not a good fit, I will be pleased to provide you with a referral to trusted local colleagues.
My sessions are typically 50 minutes long, once a week.
